I added this page in hopes to clear up the mysteries about what happens when you purchase VAC and why hasn't anyone answered emails regarding the registration. First I'm a one man shop, it was me who designed and authored VAC, it is me who answers support emails and processes the purchases. Purchasing VAC is not an automated process so here's the scoop on what happens when you press the purchase button. PayPal sends an email to my VAC email account, that email account is hosted by a web hosting company and I use Outlook to retrieve my emails from the web hosting server. Once I see I have a notification of payment received on Outlook, I log on to PayPal and lookup the details to get the VAC ID, for some reason the VAC ID does not come with the notification of payment like it use to, with the VAC ID I manually generate the registration code. With the registration code I create an email and send it off to the email used in the notification of payment I got from PayPal. What can cause delays in me getting your registration out? You sent numerous email that or not answered, why? If use a free email service like hotmail or gmail then it is very likely the email was sent to the junk email folder. Since my email accounts are provided by the web hosting service I have, I don't have full control of the SPAM filter they use and I don't login to to check my webmail very often. We can thank the Spammers for the problems with today's emails. If you fill your emails are not getting through, try a different email address and don't worry I do not release email address, ever. Here is a typical email I receive, this email happened to be the fourth email in four hours. I am not in the habit of spending my
money and not receiving a product I paid for. Each email got worse as the one before it and all the emails were in the junk email folder so my Outlook never received them. I hope this information clears the mysteries of misrouted emails and non-instant registrations. |
